After practicing for many years at White & Case and as partner at Navacelle, Clémentine Duverne wanted to open a firm that combines international awareness, technicality, and an unfailing commitment to her clients. Internationally oriented, Duverne Avocat is connected to an extensive network of law firms across the world.

Our founding partner

Clémentine Duverne is a member of the New-York bar (2010) and Paris bar (2012).

After practicing in the White collar crime and regulatory department at White & Case, Clémentine joined Navacelle, a French boutique law firm of which she was partner. In 2021, with more than ten years’ experience, she founded Duverne Avocat.

She was listed by Global Investigations Review as one of the “40 under 40”, which profiles 40 leading young investigations specialists from around the world.

Clémentine was once again identified by clients and peers as a Future Leader in Investigations in Who’s Who Legal 2023.

Clémentine has lived in the USA, Colombia, Costa Rica and Russia. She works in French, Spanish and English.
